Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Axipolymer, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing client relationships, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. You will act as a vital point of contact between clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient sales processes. Your goal will be to foster strong client relationships and help drive the company's growth through proactive support and attention to detail. This is a full-time, remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while being fully engaged with our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Process sales orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Support the external sales team by coordinating with various departments (e.g., production, logistics) to address client requests.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Axipolymer’s products.
  • Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in generating sales reports and provide sales data analysis for management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional efforts and lead generation initiatives.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer needs to offer informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the plastics industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sustainable plastics solutions and trends.
